Gwyneth Paltrow recently talked about her love of Spain. No problem with that. However, she talked about all the old buildings and how America’s old buildings are like “17 years old.” Okay, so her math is a bit off. But hey Gwyneth, it might be why America was referred to as “the New World.” Ya think??? And duh, what exactly does it mean. It is a bad thing that America is the new world? Apples to Oranges Gwyn!! Nothing wrong with appreciating history and old buildings, it just seems silly to compare the two and it seems pointless, so why throw it in there?
