Imagine this scenario: Social Security and Medicare are invented. People are forced to pay for their “retirement.” The retirement age is set at 65. The reasoning behind this? At the time Social Security and Medicare are created, life expectancy for the average American is 65, 66. Most people collect benefits for one year and then pass away. What about all the rest of their hard-earned money? It goes into the pot.
Next, government starts “stealing” from Social Security and Medicare. Eureka! They have hit a gold mine. Uh oh, something unforeseen. People start to live longer. Medicine advances in leaps and bounds and life expectancy goes up to 75, with many people living well into their 80s, 90s, and even 100s. Suddenly, Social Security and Medicare are going bankrupt. All the programs the government has created using money from Social Security and Medicare that there were not supposed to touch, are draining the system.
Conversatives call for privatization of Social Security. Liberals balk. Of course they balk, they have all these social programs being paid for with the money they are not supposed to touch. They need a new strategy. Enter - Obamacare. They cannot allow disabled and elderly people to draw their own money any longer, certainly not for long periods of time, they need to find a way to get rid of them. They try to pass a bill for Universal Health Care. Great concept, great idea you say. Everyone after all should get health care.
Not so fast. Inside the bill is an amendment for “counseling” of the elderly to go into hospice or palliative care. In order words, death. Forget chemotherapy if you get cancer, forget those expensive operations and drugs, nope, you need to just go in the corner and die quietly. After all, you worked your ass off all your life to obtain retirement, but they really don’t want you to retire unless you have other money saved away. They don’t want you taking your Social Security or Medicare money back, they need that for young people. You are worthless now. You are expendable. You are no longer paying into the system and they want your money. You need to go into a corner and die quietly like an animal.
If you are disabled and have been all your life, you have never paid into the system. To them, you are really worthless. You are a liability.
Think about it America. These social progressive people came out of a Hollywood movie. Does anyone remember a movie where when you turned 18 you were terminated? I cannot remember the name of the movie, but at the time I thought it could never happen. Who would have thought science fiction could turn into real life? And if you oppose, you are slandered, called “crazy mobs,” accused of carrying swatiskas, accused of being racist, told you are insane, people should not listen to you. It is madness! But Americans are not the ones who have gone mad, Washington has gone mad. What has America done?
